RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in their original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In their original packaging

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@lornellofficiall.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

We will review your request and provide you with the return address and instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
